Collegiate Academy Application

Applications are due November 15, 2026. A confirmation email will be sent to the student once all necessary materials and forms have been received.

Application Instructions

Each application must include the following pieces to be considered:

Completed application form
Must have a student membership, only $25 for a 12-month membership
Students must be enrolled in the 2026 fall semester and 2027 spring semester at a post-secondary education institution in Kansas
Two reference forms from non-family members; one must be an academic contact (Please direct your references to this link to fill out the reference form)
One-page resume highlighting academic, work and extracurricular activities and experience
Students must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
