Join us at a Kansas Corn School in January and February with four in-person schools to be held across the state and one virtual session. Kansas Corn partners with K-State Research and Extension to offer the winter learning sessions. The schools will cover a number of issues facing corn producers and are tailored to each region. Topics include weed control, insect resistance, fertility management, disease management and late-planting seasons, economics and farm policy. Morning refreshments and a hot lunch are provided at the in-person schools. Register online at kscorn.com/cornschool.
In-Person Corn Schools
The in-person corn schools will be held in Oakley on Jan. 7; Salina on Jan. 14; Parsons on Jan. 18 and Hiawatha on Feb. 24. Registration will begin at each location at 8:30 a.m.; the speakers will begin at 9 a.m. and the sessions wrap up around 1 p.m. following lunch.
Virtual Corn School
One virtual corn school will be broadcast online on Feb. 3. The virtual session will be held online via Zoom from 6 to 8 p.m.
