Seed to STEM Fall Workshop Application

This application is for the middle school 1.0 track. This is a FREE workshop. All western Kansas teachers interested are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to middle school teachers, however if not all positions are filled all applicants will be considered.

The workshop will be held November 7th from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and November 8th from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. at Sublette High School. Dinner on the 7th will be located at High Plains Feed Yard in Montezuma and the ethanol plant tour on the 8th will be at Bonanza in Garden City.

Please complete the form to be considered for the Seed to STEM fall workshop. Space is limited so take this application seriously. In addition, priority will be given to qualified applicants based on when their application is received. Please save the date on your calendar should you be chosen.

We are working on securing graduate credit for the workshop. The graduate credit will be for 2 credit hours. The participant will need to pay for the credits.
